Currently I am Postdoctoral Researcher at Roche where I perform image analysis on videos and microscopy images, specially with H&E Whole Slide Images (WSIs). Our goal is either to predict disease level or to find imaging bio-markers.
In my PhD degree Towards visual urban scene undersdanding for autonomous vehicle path tracking using GPS positioning data, I work with raw sensors data (GPS, gyroscope, stereo camera, vehicle) in order to perform accurate path tracking. My thesis is focused on the vehicle control part covering deep learning techniques for the environment perception and localization.
During my master thesis I focused on the field of computer vision conducting research at Centre de Recherche et de Restauration des Musées de France (C2RMF) and Laboratoire Hubert Curien to digitize in 3D objects of the Louvre Museum.
